Our mission is to interpret the DNA of the Prestige brands we represent in order to deliver successful results in line with the brand integrity and covers all aspects of the marketing mix from strategic sales planning, staffing, pricing and retailer interface.
From the age of 14, Caroline South had fixed her heart on a career within Beauty and took every opportunity to hone her skills to achieve her goals.
Following a career as a make up artist, national sales manager with Clarins and a P&C buyer with Allders International the only natural progression was to start her own business.
Working from home and armed with an Amstrad computer, a fax machine and a garden table for a desk, Caroline South launched her company and represented her first brand, Escada Beaute in 1991 during a time of political and economic uncertainty and testing times for the travel retail industry.
CSA’s strength lies within its outstanding personnel team reflecting the company’s ethos of retail excellence, passion, humanity and fun. The CSA acronym can be interpreted as Collaborative Successful & Active

CSA makes donations to a number of local, national and international charities including; Breast Cancer research, World Vision, St.Georges Neo Natal Unit, Woking Shelter and Bobby Moore Fund. CSA also undertakes education and school programmes for local students, offers Internships and graduate training opportunities.
